Manually Adding a Drug to the Order Pad

Ordering from the Drug Folder Inventory tab allows you to place a product on the Order Pad without adjusting the re-order parameters.

To add a drug to the Order Pad from the Inventory tab:

1. Open the Drug Folder. The Inventory tab opens.

2. Highlight the pack size that needs to be ordered.

3. Select Order. The Add to Next Order window opens.

4. Enter the number of packs to re-order in the # Packs field.

   

5. Select OK. The drug is added to the Order Pad for the specified amount.

   Select OK. The Order Verification window opens.

   • Confirm the # Packs and Units are correct.

   • Dropdown the Reason field and select an appropriate reason for manually ordering the product.

   • Dropdown the User field and select the correct user, if needed.

   

Select OK. The drug is added to the Order Pad for the specified amount.
